IT Declaration View and UWL issue

Dear ESS experts,

We are facing following issue for IT Declaration application (EHP7 - WDABAP):

1. UWL issue: We are getting IT Declaration Approval request in ESS as well as in IT Declaration Approval link. IT Declaration link is working properly and in UWL request is getting displayed but when I click on link then system shows new Blank screen.

I have checked SWFVISU parameters details and its maintained. I have attached screenshot ..

Do I have to change any settings  ?

2. View of IT Declaration Application : When I Click on IT Declaration IT Application then system shows Header Part on screen, How to remove this extra part

Kindly provide some solution ?
