Hi All, I have searched in SCN but no luck didn't get exact info.Can anyone of you provide info. 1) How to customize(adding/removing services from) ESS/MSS menus using PFCG. 2) Can we access any external links from NWBC example google or scn can i access from NWBC 3) How can i add the external links in ESS/MSS Menus if i PFCG means NWBC 4) what are pros and cons and Limitations go for ESS/MSS implementation choices with Portal and NWBC. Any list and SAP notes available. 5) How PFCG is different from LPDCUST and any limitation Your help will appreciated. Regards CW
