Hi All,

I copyed the standard task TS31000004 into Another task .

my requirment is to change the approval process. it is going for immediate supervisor . i want to change this to another customer relationship.

i placed in cats profile this customer task but it is not triggering.If i am using the standard task it is working.

i change the task to general also.

please suggest is there any thing i need to do .
