Add button is not visible in personal information

Hi ,

We have success fully added the infotypes 23 in the personal information infotype but here we are facing the issue for only add button we can see change button and delete button but not Add button , how to incorporate that , we have changed the subtypes and use cases  and tested but it is not working correctly , kindly suggest us.
